Last Week the country was shocked after we learned a father killed his three adult daughters and wife after an argument about money. But now we have more information about what transpired in the home of the Kassem’s and fair warning it’s something straight out of a horror movie.

Mahem Kassem, 63, shot in cold blood his three daughters and his wife — Majeda Kassem, 53, twins Halema Kassem and Hanan Kassem, 25, and Zahia Kassem, 24 at their Tinley Park home, Illinois.

The argument started between Mahem Kassem and one of his daughters. The two argued over money and finances. Eventually, Mayhem’s wife and the rest of the daughters stepped in. It is reported, Mayhem Kassem shot his wife seven times and each daughter twice.

In an upstairs bedroom, Kassem’s 19-year-old son slept. He woke up after he heard the yelling and came down to see what was going on. He witnessed his father shooting the rest of their family. Police said the dad killer never pointed his weapon at the son.

Mahem Kassem has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder. According to police records, Mahem Kassem confessed to the killings and provided additional statements. He said he was unhappy with how he was treated by his wife and daughters. He said they treated him like a dog after working for 40 years to support them.

Police collected two guns from the home. Mahem Kassem is due back in court in February.
